**Terms and Conditions for Use of Stock Images and PLR Products**
By purchasing or downloading stock images and/or PLR (Private Label Rights) products from Fusionnova Digital Evolution, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as failure to comply may result in legal action.

Stock Images Terms
Terms and Conditions for Reselling Stock Images with PLR & MRR Rights
By purchasing or downloading stock images from Fusionnova Digital Evolution, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and are designed to protect the exclusivity and value of our products.
1. License and Usage Agreement Fusionnova Digital Evolution grants you Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) for the stock images you purchase. Each collection is limited to a maximum of 80 licenses to ensure exclusivity and protect the value of these resources.
2. Permitted Uses You are allowed to use, redistribute, and resell the stock images under the following conditions:
- Resale Without Modification: You may resell the stock images as-is, without needing to modify or rebrand them, only if you have purchased the premium version of the product.
- Inclusion in Digital or Physical Products: You may include the images in your own digital or physical products, either modified or unmodified, for resale.
- Bundling: You may bundle the images with other products and resell them as part of a package, either modified or unmodified, provided that the resale price reflects the bundle’s total value.
- Marketing & Branding: You may use the images for your own social media, websites, marketing materials, and branding, without modification.
3. Restrictions on Use To maintain the exclusivity and value of the stock image collection:
- No Free Distribution: You may not distribute the stock images for free, whether online or offline, including as lead magnets or giveaways.
- No Copyright Claims: You may not claim copyright, trademark, or ownership over the stock images or any content derived from them.
- No Unmodified Resale Without Premium Version: If you have not purchased the premium version, you must modify the stock images before resale. Reselling unmodified images is prohibited unless explicitly stated in the product description.
- No Oversaturation: To ensure the value and exclusivity of the images, you must not resell the images in public marketplaces or through mass-market platforms in a way that would contribute to oversaturation.
- Limited Distribution: You may not resell the stock images on high-volume marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or Etsy, unless they are part of a larger value-added product or package.
4. Licensing Limits
- License Cap: Each collection is limited to 80 licenses. Once the cap is reached, the collection will no longer be available for purchase.
- Limited Distribution Clause: To maintain product exclusivity, the stock images must not be resold unmodified or outside of the conditions outlined here.
5. Resale Rights (PLR & MRR)
- Private Label Rights (PLR): You may rebrand, modify, and sell the images under your own brand or business name, provided the resale follows these terms and conditions.
- Master Resell Rights (MRR): You may grant your customers the right to resell the images, as long as they also adhere to these terms.
- Pricing Guidelines: You may set your own resale prices, but you are not allowed to sell the images at a price lower than your original purchase price.
6. Exclusivity and Updates Fusionnova Digital Evolution ensures that each collection is sold to no more than 80 buyers. This exclusivity helps preserve the value of the images.
- Collection Updates: Periodically, we will release new designs to keep the market fresh. Buyers will be notified of any updates or revisions to the product.
- Retirement of Collections: Older collections may be retired to make room for newer offerings.
7. Prohibited Activities You may not:
- Use the stock images for illegal, unethical, or defamatory purposes.
- Upload the unmodified images to public platforms (e.g., free design resources or public template sites like Canva).
- Use the original listing images, descriptions, or promotional materials provided by Fusionnova Digital Evolution in your marketing.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability Fusionnova Digital Evolution provides stock images "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of these products. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Termination of License Fusionnova Digital Evolution reserves the right to terminate your license if these terms and conditions are violated. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the stock images and destroy all copies in your possession.
10. Amendments to Terms Fusionnova Digital Evolution reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our products after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

PLR Products Terms
**1. License and Permitted Use**
Fusionnova Digital Evolution grants you a **non-exclusive license** to use, reproduce, modify, and resell the PLR products in accordance with the terms outlined here.
**2. Modification and Customization**
- **Editable Content:** You are allowed to edit, modify, rebrand, and customize the content as needed.
- **No Attribution Required:**
You do not need to attribute the original creator when using or reselling the modified content.
- **Cover Page Modification:** The front cover page, including images, **must be changed** prior to resale.
**3. Usage Guidelines**
- **Ownership Claims:**
You may not claim copyright or trademark on the PLR content provided by Fusionnova Digital Evolution.
- **Original Templates:**
You cannot resell the original template without modifications.
- **Additional Terms:**
Some e-books or PLR products may have specific terms and conditions. Always check the e-book or product to ensure compliance with any additional terms. If present, they will be indicated in the Canva link or on the download page.
**4. Sales and Resale Rights**
- **Unlimited Sales:**
You may sell unlimited copies of the modified content under your own brand.
- **Pricing:**
You may not sell the modified content for a price lower than what you paid for it.
- **Resell Options:**
You may grant Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights to your customers, or choose to sell the product in your shop without resell rights, depending on your business needs.

- [YES] Rebrand, edit, and customize all elements of the product, including images, fonts, and colors.
- [YES] Sell at the same price as purchased but not lower.
**6. Prohibited Uses**
- [NO] Distribute for free unless granted Resell or Master Resell Rights (for non-editable finished products like PDFs used for lead generation).
- [NO] Claim copyright or trademark.
- [NO] Use the products for any unlawful or unethical purposes.
**7. Our Listing**
You are not permitted to use Fusionnova Digital Evolution’s shop listing images, promotional materials, or copy product descriptions. Please create your own unique description and images when marketing the product. Personalizing the product by making minor modifications is encouraged for effective rebranding.

DFY Social Media Templates Terms
- Rebranding Requirement: DFY Social Media Templates must be rebranded and include updated stock images unless the customer has purchased the premium version, which grants the right to reuse the original stock images.
- PLR Rights: DFY templates come with PLR rights; however, they cannot be resold as-is and require significant customization before resale.
- Premium Version: Only premium version holders may reuse the original stock images within the templates.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Fusionnova Digital Evolution makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the stock images or PLR products, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Fusionnova Digital Evolution is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use these products.
Termination
Fusionnova Digital Evolution reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if these terms and conditions are violated. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the products and delete any copies.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Fusionnova Digital Evolution reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the images and PLR products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
